The Human Response Network works with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Our crisis line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (360) 748-6601.
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm.
Our services are free.
When the crisis of domestic violence, sexual assault occurs, the Human Response Network is there for the survivor.
We respond as advocates. The way we advocate for a client is dependent on the client’s needs and desires. If you are a survivor of domestic violence or sexual assault: Remember…you are not alone, and it’s not your fault.
Advocacy-based services use problem-solving methods and include identifying barriers to safety; developing safety checking and planning skills; clarifying issues; increasing self-esteem and self-awareness; and improving and implementing skills in decision making, parenting, self-help and self-care.
HRN provides resources to individuals in need including:
- Emergency Shelter Services for women and children

- Support groups
- Community education and Outreach
- Crime Victim’s Compensation
